I founded CultureRx because I’ve spent my entire career inside systems: government, healthcare, higher education, ministry, and community organizations, where people were asked to carry more than any human should, to go the extra mile. I saw brilliant, compassionate people burning out not because they lacked skill or heart, but because the culture around them wasn’t designed to support their humanity.

My leadership journey began long before my professional career, on the basketball court in Indiana, where discipline, resilience, and collaboration shaped how I lead today. Those early lessons became the foundation for my work in community engagement, nursing education, multicultural leadership, and organizational development.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve led teams in high-pressure environments, supported leaders navigating conflict and fragmentation, and worked inside institutions where the mission was noble but the culture was strained. I learned firsthand that people don’t thrive because of policies. They thrive because of values, clarity, psychological safety, and leadership that understands the emotional reality of work.

CultureRx is my answer to that. It is the system I wish every organization had: grounded, ethical, trauma-informed, and built for real humans. I do not believe in quick fixes, performative DEI, or empty advocacy. I believe in slow, sustainable culture transformation that protects people, strengthens teams, and aligns leadership with purpose.

My work integrates psychological safety, inclusive excellence, ethics, and leadership development to help teams move with purpose, build with integrity, and care with impact. My background in higher education, federal service, nursing, and community leadership allows me to partner with organizations across sectors, including healthcare, education, sports, spiritual communities, and beyond.
