Kyra Glenn, MSN, RN, is the founder of CultureRx Consulting. Raised in Indiana, she grew up immersed in the values of teamwork and resilience, playing competitive basketball all the way through college at Indiana Wesleyan University. Her early experiences on the court shaped her commitment to discipline, collaboration, and leadership—qualities that continue to guide her work today.

Kyra’s career began with community engagement in Indianapolis, where she worked to strengthen connections and create opportunities for diverse populations. She went on to pursue nursing education and expanded her impact in higher education as Director of Multicultural Services and Student Leadership, helping students thrive in inclusive, supportive environments, while also developing curriculum and teaching for several schools of nursing.

For over a decade, Kyra has lived in Portland, Oregon, where she has worked in higher education, public health, and as a nurse educator, weaving together her expertise in healthcare, education, and organizational leadership. Through CultureRx, she supports teams in cultivating environments where people feel they belong, are valued for who they are and what they bring, and experience safety in every interaction.

Her work integrates psychological safety, inclusive excellence, ethics, and leadership development to create workshops and resources that help teams move with purpose, build with integrity, and care with impact. These offerings not only strengthen relationships—they improve systems, processes, and everyday practices. Kyra’s wide-ranging experience allows her to partner with a broad spectrum of organizations—from healthcare and education to sports, spiritual communities, and beyond.
